Data privacy policies.

This page describes how the site is managed in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data to those who interact with the web services of the site devifruit.it

The information is made only for the site devifruit.it and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC , adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned location and is handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations adequately trained on the protection of confidentiality.

Types of data processed

Navigation data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days and in any case no longer than is necessary to process the requests submitted.

The purposes of processing:

Personal data may be processed the following purposes:

  1. as part of the website registration processes, we collect personal information (such as e-mail address, your biographical data, password) through the relevant registration form (My Account) in order to provide you with the services of access to restricted areas and services;
  2. Administrative-accounting activities generally related to the performance of activities of an organizational, administrative, financial and accounting nature. Fulfillment of obligations required by law, regulation or legislation;
  3. as part of the processes of purchasing products on devifruit.co.uk we collect personal data (such as personal data, e-mail address, postal address, credit card and bank details, telephone number) through the order form;
  4. To provide support services: on the progress of orders and inquiries about services and product purchases (customer service);
  5. with prior consent, for activities of a promotional and commercial nature, i.e. to send the user, including by newsletter, electronic mail (e-mail), information and updates on our products, on our offers. The user will always have the opportunity to object to the processing of their personal data for sending promotional information via e-mail; in each communication there will be a special section specifying how to object to the processing and no longer receive promotional materials and information.

Method of treatment:

The processing will be carried out in automated and manual paper and electronic form, with methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of Art. 31 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/03. The data will be kept for a period no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed. The provision of personal data is necessary with regard to the conclusion of the contract for the purchase of products on devifruit.it and for the use of certain services requested, in which case the necessary data are those to be entered in the fields marked with an asterisk (*). Right of access to personal data and other rights

You have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification(Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code). Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. It should be noted that, the data subject's right to object to the processing of his or her personal data for direct marketing purposes, carried out through automated contact methods, also extends to traditional methods. This is without prejudice, however, to the possibility of exercising this right in part, i.e., objecting, for example, only to the sending of promotional communications carried out through automated means while continuing to receive communications by traditional means (telephone calls with operator).
